A manometer is connected to a low$-$pressure pipeline that supplies a gas to a laboratory. Currently, the fluid inside the manometer is liquid chloroform but when the manometer is taking measurements the difference in chloroform levels on each side of the manometer is difficult to see $($exaggerated in figure below$).$

It is proposed that liquid acetone be used as the manometer fluid instead. Calculate the ratio of $\frac{h_2}{h_1},$ where $h_1$ is the height registered when chloroform is the manometer fluid, and $h_2$ is the height registered when acetone is the manometer fluid. Remember to state any assumptions used in your analysis.
