A mid-size firm instituted an exercise program in the office to help employees improve their health. It also wanted to find out whether the program improved job satisfaction. The following is the result of an employee survey after the program was implemented in comparison to that of last year (before the program was implemented.) Note that the higher the score, the higher the job satisfaction level. Perform a hypothesis test at the 5% level of significance and using the critical value approach to see whether the program indeed improved job satisfaction. You must state the null and alternative hypotheses, calculate the value of the test statistic, sketch the critical region with critical value and state the conclusion.
