Democrats, 278 Republicans, and 635 Independents surveyed. Assume each of these groups

are mutually exclusive (e.g. no one is an "Independent Democrat", whatever that means).

A political pundit on TV claims that a majority of Independents support a National

Health Plan. Does the data provide enough evidence to support this type of statement?
