a) Prepare the data into a table before you start with the 1NF.

b) Based on your table in (a), identify all the functional dependencies, partial

dependencies and transitive dependencies in order for the table to be in the first

normal form (1NF). Draw all of these dependencies in a dependency diagram.

c) Based on your 1NF in (b), draw the dependency diagram for the second normal

form (2NF).

d) Based on your 2NF in (c), draw the dependency diagram for the third normal form

(3NF).

e) If you need to improve your 3NF, do them in this stage with justifications.
