Question: Please provide 1 nf , 2 nf , and 3 nf for this table. Lable each dependency on the diagram, as well as equations. 1

Please provide 1nf,2nf, and 3nf for this table. Lable each dependency on the diagram, as well as equations.
1. Using the filled in report, draw it's 1NF
dependency diagram [see figure 6.3 in the text for an example of a 1NF dependency diagram] and
identify all dependencies in that diagram (including all partial and transitive dependencies). NOTE:
When you try to come up with a composite key for this set of data, look at all of the sample data
given in the table as being representative of that which would be in the database and don't analyze it
too much or make too many assumptions or you will be able to come up with situations that cause all
PK combinations to be false. (Hint: This table uses a 2-key composite primary key.) Verbalize these
dependencies (i.e.,"x identifies [determines] y or y is dependent on x"). You should use the same
notation as in Figure 6.3 in the text to do this. It is important to do this because this is how you will
be doing this on the exams since you will not be able to draw diagrams in the online environment.
Do NOT add any attributes to the relation or tables. In addition, if there are any derived attributes
listed, remember that these do not get included in the normalization process itself but are saved and
added back at the end (to the 3NF relation and ERDs).
2. Covert to 2NF by removing any Partial Functional Dependencies (show as was done in
figure 6.4 of the text using table structures, dependency diagrams and equations). Make sure you
include the table names and relations in equation format as well as any transitive dependencies
(properly labeled) as is shown in figure 6.4 of the text. (Hint: there is one partial dependency
with this problem).
3. Convert to 3NF by Removing any Transitive Dependencies (show as was done in figure 6.5
of the text using table structures, dependency diagrams and equations). Make sure you include the
table names and relations in equation format as is shown in figure 6.5 of the text. (Hint: there is
one transitive dependency with this problem).
Please provide 1nf,2nf, and 3nf for this table. Lable each dependency
