In this week's discussion, we are going to differentiate between a problem and a crisis based on the specific metrics noted in Table $8-3$ in your textbook. Project Management Metrics, KPIs, and Dashboards: A Guide to measuring monitoring Project Performance. Now, examine a project that you are familiar with from your experience and discuss whether a problem can become a crisis or vice versa and if so$,$ how this may take place.
