1. A project assessment should provide the project manager with information about the gap between what is and what could be - sometimes including what those two points are. Identify a relevant scope and 2 examples of key questions for the project you are using for this assignment. Include what types of needs (management, contextual, and stakeholder) are part of the assessment, along with at least one example of each type of need you identify.
2. Consider the potential stakeholders for this assessment and project. Using the terms as defined in the lectures and readings, identify primary, secondary and key stakeholders. Give an example from each group and share how their connection to the project and their level of interest and influence.
3. Looking at the key questions you developed, what are at least 2 existing data sources you could use to answer them. What information could each provide, and what are strengths or limitations of using this data in the assessment?
4. Imagine you have six weeks to do assessment work and one staff person who can work on it. Choose a method of primary data collection that helps to answer the key questions. Why did you choose this method, what data will it provide, and what limitations would you consider in using the data?
