A project cannot be completed without a project team. A strong project team will make everything much more enjoyable and the project will perform smoother. As the project manager, you will be responsible for the cohesiveness of the team.

Research team building activities and games

Prepare a 1-2 page document on a team building game you will use, the communication required and the benefits that will help your project team succeed. Include a GANNT chart with at least 10 tasks and 2 milestones of the expected activities and anticipated results. See below for an example.
