A project driver is responsible for and accountable for the project's deliverables. As a result, in addition to day to day team management, they work on team alignment to the project plan, maintain quality standards with delivered work, and define project execution and communication strategies. However, enablers are the ones who look beyond the task of efficiently driving project activities to the factors that empower the team by cuitivating a strong work ethic, high morale, contentment, and achieving personal and professional goals. Enablers excel at collaborating with all team members, both internal and external to the project and organization, in onder for everyone on the team to: Considering your role in the practicum project, what role are you playing?
