The file stores the terms of a polynomial as follows: It has as many lines as there are terms, and each line in the file contains a pair of numbers: the first number is the exponent of the term and the second one is the coefficient of the term. Your function should read in the polynomial from the file and store it in a list (as described above). The function should return the list. Remember to close the file after you have read it.
