$($not to scale$)$With reference to Drawing Nos. FR$/$S$-01$ and FR$/$S$-02,$ prepare a take$-$off list, and then take off the quantities of both substructure and superstructure for the reinforced concrete elevated platform, including all relevant work sections.

Note : $-$

As no steel reinforcement details are provided by the Project Structural Engineer, allow a Provisional Sum of HK$$200,000$ in the take off.

b$)$ the project team has decided that the design, supply and installation of metal cladding to the vertical fa$$ade of the reinforced structure will be carried out by a Nominated Sub$-$contractor instead by the Main Contractor.

The cost estimate of Nominated Sub$-$contract Sum for the above works is $2\mathrm{.}2$ million inclusive $10\%$ mark$-$up of profit and attendance by the Main Contractor.
