A RESPONSE TO YOUR PEER'S POSTING$1.$How would you describe your experience in participating in this course? How has your experience shaped your intention of how to participate in future MBA courses?A response to my peer who stated he enjoyed taking this course and learning more about different leadership styles and how different skilled and attributes can directly relate to how employees feel$/$act in the workplace. The importance of being able to influence people and collaborate amongst different teams was also very fascinating when thinking back to previous mentors or supervisors he had and how that relationship affected my feelings towards my job. $$

$2.$ What were some of the challenges you faced in this course, and how did these challenges help you prepare for challenges in today's VUCA world of work? How do you think future courses will help you deepen your ability to work in the VUCA world? My peer Internally analyzed himself and his leadership style was a little difficult for him since he had not really been in a management position other than training new employees. he struggled a bit determining what his leadership style was and then also when he took the test to determine his personal development plan analyzing that score and seeing where he ranked the lowest in the category and then trying to figure out why he had those weak points. $3.$ The fourth industrial revolution has introduced early advances on the internet of things; artificial intelligence $($AI$)$; and the production of smart equipment that can analyze, diagnose, and fix issues without the need for human intervention. How do these complex technological developments challenge leaders to adapt their leadership style and behavior? My peer stated that theres pros and cons with the advancement of technology since it is limiting the human intervention which can feel like it might be removing the personal or human aspect to the processes and procedures. On the other side of that though people make mistakes and with the up and coming automation it helps to reduce the mistakes made in predicting things like changes in the business environment, or can help advance$/$improve current processes. The technology also brings on new challenges for leaders as it opens the door for a lot of new tools to learn and manage, and may require leaders to do some reevaluating of business strategies to incorporate the technology. $$

$4.$ Considering those challenges, what do you want to learn to help prepare you to lead more effectively? How will your future work in this program benefit you and the people you lead?

My peer suggested that In order to stay vigilant with the new technological advancements and challenges that come with it$,$ it is important to stay informed about technology, especially the type that specifically relates to your business field or ones that may address your organizations current challenges. My peer suggested that He would like to invest in training and skill development from experts in the field to become more knowledgeable about the different types of technology that could be useful in my current$/$future role.
