You should make reference to course materials, class discussions, and the videos shown in class. You may refer to any of these in preparing your answers. No research outside these course materials is necessary. A complete discussion of a case must identify the parties, the issues resolved by the Court, the ruling of the Court and the reasoning underlying that ruling. There is no minimum or maximum length to your answers, however, these are not questions that can be fully answered in one or two sentences.
