You will see some differences in the Project, if you read through it before, as we have provided some options to you. One, if you have some experience or feel adventuresome, you can download and install a Virtual Machine (VM) on your PC or Mac. Otherwise, we've provided an alternate assignment. Future parts to the project will allow you to, then, either use your own VM, or can be accomplished from within your InfoSec lab environment. In any case, the Project is broken into 4 parts {deliverables}. The project is submitted in a graded report in Week 8, complete with screenshots from these parts of the project.
