A short report that analyzes the article "The Employer-Surveillance State" and that recommends what employers should do in response to the issues outlined in this article. A link to the article is posted under these instructions, along with a PDF copy of it. Your analysis must include the following elements (use this order, which adheres to direct structure):

·         An identification of the problem and its importance, as well as an identification of the purpose of the report itself

·         An identification of the important factors to consider in solving this problem

o   Explain why you've chosen these factors

o   Explain how you weight these factors, and why (e.g. is one factor more important than others? Are they all equally important? Etc.)
