A spherical capacitor is filled with two concentric dielectric layers. The relative permittivity of the layer near the inner electrode of the capacitor is = 4, and that of the other layer = 2. The radius of the inner electrode is a = 10mm, the radius of the boundary surface between the layer is b = 25mm, and the inner radius of the other electrode is c = 35mm, as shown in Fig. 4.
