A student is working on a Business Analytics assignment for her Business Analytics class.
She comes up with the following scenario with her making an appointment at her university's Writing Center:
Mikayla wants to make an in-person appointment at the Writing Center to get a help starting and organizing the Final paper she is working on this spring quarter. She ideally wants to get an appointment on Wednesday 4/6/22 at 7:00pm PST; she also wants to only see a specific writing helper named McKenzie Smith, as she has given extremely helpful feedback in the past and has lots of available time slots. If Mikaylas ideal time and person are not available, she is willing to have it at 4:00pm PST on any Tuesday with McKenzie, as long as it is any day before the due date of the paper (6/1/22). Mikayla goes to the Writing Center website. She clicks the Make an Appointment button. This redirects her to the login page, where she enters her login information. She presses the Login button. She scrolls down to the 4/6/22 box where the time slots for each writing helper are listed for that day. She clicks on the box corresponding to McKenzie and the time she wants (4:00pm PST). When Mikayla clicks the box, a window opens to show a form that contains a selection of either in person or online meeting, the course the assignment is for, the instructor of the course, the type of assignment, a checklist of what she wants to accomplish during the meeting, concerns about assignment, stage of the assignment, assignment due date, and place to attach assignment. After Mikayla completes this form, she clicks the CREATE APPOINTMENT button. She then gets a conformation email in her University email.
Based off the scenario, identify the analytical problems that will be important for the Writing Center by listing the lag and lead measures as well as come up with and answer prescriptive and descriptive questions pertaining to the scenario.
