A successful team needs a persuasive direction, structure, and support. Having defined direction and setting team goals will engage and encourage the team to work toward something. The goals need to be obtainable not to discourage the team. Next, having a well-built structure of diverse members. Diverse in knowledge, opinions, and perspectives as well as the basics of age, gender, and race. Finally, having support from the group helps the team to be effective.
