This transformer has a $5$ position no load tap changer $($NLTC$)$ connected to its high voltage side with each tap postitione $($A$,$B$,$C$,$D$,$E$)$ rated $+/-2\mathrm{.}5\%$ centered around the position C nominal tap of $115,000$ volts. On the low voltage side, a $32$ position $(5\mathrm{.}8\%$ per tap with $16$ raise$/16$ lower taps$)$ load tap changer $($LTC$)$ is active and set to regulate $117$V as measured through a potential transformer $($PT$)$ connected to the $14,400$V station bus.
