A three$-$point bend beam shown in Figure $2$ was tested to measure values of $E,K_{Ic},$ and $CTO{D}_c.$ The dimensions of the beam were $S=600mm,b=150mm,$ and $t=80mm.$ An initial notch of $a_0=50mm$ was used. The values of $C_i=0\mathrm{.}000006m\frac{m}{N},C_u=0\mathrm{.}000008m\frac{m}{N},$ and $P_c=3400N$ were measured. The weight of the concrete is $2300k\frac{g}{m^3}.$ Assuming $HO=0,$ determine the values of $E,K_{Ic},$ and $CTO{D}_c$ based on the twoparameter fracture model.
