Your friend looks at the line and tells you that a ticket buyer on an average can expect to wait in line for 60 minutes before getting a ticket. You have just finished your operations management course and have learnt to analyze process flows. Do you agree with your friend's estimation about the average time that it would take a ticket buyer to obtain a ticket by going through the line? If you agree, explain why the estimate of 60 minutes is correct.
