A time I was highly motivated was when I worked on a project team. Our jobs were to plan, monitor and execute projects. We each had our project we were handling but we worked together, and many times helped each other complete tasks for the projects. What made me feel so motivated was everyone part of the team. Even though we had individual projects we looked helped one another. Other team members would just check on you to see if you needed any help and offer to meet up and just sit next to each other while working on your project. It made me want to do a good job and be able to help a team member if they needed it. When I was a child, I played sports and the last year I played was very unmotivating and contributed to me quitting sports. I no longer enjoyed it, and the team lacked any harmony which reinforced my feelings. The coach only focused on one player and ignored the rest of us. can give a feedback for these post
