$3.$ Execute balance inquiry by displaying the current balance.

$4.$ Execute withdraw by asking the user for amount to withdraw and display balance after

withdrawal. Display INSUFFICIENT FUNDS if the user entered an amount larger than the

balance.

$5.$ Execute deposit by asking the user the amount to deposit and display balance after the deposit.

$6.$ A function to simulate ATM system.
