Part 2: Connect, then Lead.
Interviewing two other people who are familiar with your leadership style and ask them to rate you in terms of warmth and competence as low, medium, or high. Choose one person who is familiar with your actual job/work, and a significant other (friend, spouse, son or daughter, parent, etc.) who is familiar with you interpersonally.
Compare their results with your own self-evaluation and plot the results like the "How will people react to your style" chart in the Cuddy, Kohut, and Neffinger (2013) article. In your answer, include a discussion of the ratings and who you asked, and make sure to answer the following questions:
