Complaint A and Complaint B. Complaint a enters the system through WS1 with an input rate of 15/hour. From WS1,1/3rd of complaints got resolved and went out of the system. Remaining complaints goes to WS2. Complaint B enters system through WS3 with an input rate of 20/hour. Again 60% of complaints of type B get resolved in WS3 and the remaining goes to WS2. All types of complaints processed in WS2 and then move to WS4 and WS5 respectively before going out of the system. if the bottleneck work station is defined as the workstation with the maximum utilization, which workstation will be considerd as bottleneck?
