able to get an appointment on Tuesday with a chain dental office endodontist to do the root canal. My personal dentist that I talked to over the weekend was not able to fit me in to do the crown until that Thursday. My dentist did not display any urgency or provide special care knowing the pain I had experienced. There was an employee I was not introduced to that was obviously training during my final procedure because the dentist kept telling her what to do which took twice as long. I should not have been the patient to be involved in training on that day! It was a nightmare. There was no follow up requested about my experience or my satisfaction with the care I received.
