I have questions about value time and non-value time. In my opinion, value time =registration 3minutes+ MA examination11 minutes+see doctor 12minutes+lab 4minutes+prescription 5minutes+check out 5minutes=40minutes, non-value time =lobby searching where to start 5minutes+registration 6minutes+all waiting time 111minutes+MA writing on post-it note 2minutes+doctor didn't read beforehand 2minutes+lab 7minutes looking for tube+searching back to exam room 5minutes=138minutes, VA/NVA=40/138=28.99%. Please advise if I am correct? I am not sure if should waiting lab report 20minutes to value time?
