AC3.1 The personal evaluation should be
informed, detailed, objective and presented in a
clear format. It should relate to the learners
own personal leadership and management
skills and behaviours, in the context of a stated
role in a named organisation. The evaluation
should be based on more than personal
reflection.
AC3.2 The objectives set should be SMART
and directly linked to the outcomes of the audit.
The opportunities to meet the plan must be
realistic and directly related to the audit.
The personal development plan developed
must relate to own role, objectives and those of
the identified organisation. The plan must be
detailed with specific tasks, timescales,
resource needs and success criteria.
AC3.3 The learner must implement the plan.
There must be evidence of the activities which
have been carried out, their relevance to the
plan and the outcomes. This should be logged
in full. As stated in the assessment guidance
for this unit, the learner will need time to
undertake the activities stated in the plan
AC4.1 The reflection on progress must be
detailed and related to the stated objectives.
AC4.2 The learner will need to evaluate the
progress which has been made and where
there are shortfalls. The impact of this on their
own capability should be clearly stated.
