Customer is ordering (entity: ORDERS) a meal by choosing one or more options (entity: Order_line) from the Menu. Assume that it is a cash-and- carry type of business. Employees are earning 10% of the amount they have sold. Enter sample data for 7 consecutive days: November 1 to November 7th 2017 (for each day put between 5 and 9 orders). Using ideas from the database Premier Products create a database PizzaPlace_last where you willreplace the text last with your last name. Set up all tables (4 tables: Orders, Order_Line, Menu and Employees), choose the primary keys and establish relationships. Create Forms for data entry and queries as the basis for managerial reports: the total sales for each day and all sales occurred so far.
