What would be some tips for individuals perceived to be outside your culture (or cultures) for working effectively with members of your own culture (or cultures)? These could be matters that Cardon Chapter 4 or any of the week's course materials did not cover, or that in your opinion did not cover sufficiently or with enough context. Or your post could be more about criteria and examples from you own experience or observations from jobs or school
