growth. In June $2016,$ Microsoft announced its purchase of the world$$s largest

professional network LinkedIn. The goal was to grow LinkedIn while Microsoft

expanded its social media presence by integrating its products and tapping into the

data from LinkedIn$$s extensive user base.
