1.From your own thinking, explain how you would check the vision and mission statements with the three stakeholders in the case study.

As mentioned in the case that a third partner has now joined the existing 2 partners to continue with their business it is only obvious that now the vision and mission statement of business are to be evaluated and clearly understood by the 3 partners in order for them to understand and proceed in same direction ,to do so they all should clearly understand their main goal vision that is 'To provide top-tier commercial law services to Australian businesses.' Now all the three stakeholders can have a meeting together to discuss upon how they can have a clear vision always in their mind which is mentioned and direct the employees of the firm as well to understand it in order to fulfil and work towards it.

2.Do either of the statements need to be adapted? If so, please say why.

Yes, both of the statements need to be adopted because in order for you to fulfil your main long term vision of the company you should work upon the mission that you set , which is 'We take on all types of commercial law needs to assist businesses to work successfully.' Now if we see both the vision and mission statements they both are interdependent one needs to adapt mission first to fulfil the vision they have set for the company and in order to fulfil their mission to work they need to have a bugger objective that is a vision and thus both of the statements are really important and are needed to be adopted .
