Conference Proposal Pack

Prepare a proposal pack for effective design and delivery of the training event that The Robots is intending to hold for its target audience. In your proposal, you need to demonstrate:

$1.$ effective design, time management skills, and delivery of the training event for the given target audience using different communication styles and formats;

The proposal should have suggested schedules and timelines with justifications. Design a professional schedule to support the planning of the event. Use project management software to convey the schedule. Plan for contingencies and justify the time allocated to various activities.

$2.$ Evaluation of the effectiveness and application of interpersonal skills used in the design and delivery of the training event.

$3.$ Research and use of different problem$-$solving and decision making techniques and methodologies in the design and delivery of the event. Provide justification to the use of these techniques$/$methodologies$.$

$4.$ Evaluation of how critical reasoning has been applied to the design and delivery of the event has been applied in the justification of your choices.

Your proposal should be written in a form of a professional report that is well structured. Use clear headers and section titles. The proposal should lay down criteria meeting which would be considered a success and suggest plans to achieve them. The proposal should be detailed and suggest possible options and scenarios for the client to choose from.

The group will be expected to meet at regular intervals for the purpose of the client developing this proposal. A meeting log should be kept with a brief synopsis of each meeting $($a page or less per meeting$).$ For ease, you may want to decide on a structured format for the log to follow throughout. The meeting log should be attached to the proposal.
