Abduct both arms to 45^o above shoulder levelwhile supinating your palms. Wrists should be superior and lateralto the cranium.

Flex your elbows and wrists so your posterior fingertips touchmedially.

Keep the right arm stationary but extend the right hand. Adductthe left shoulder, keeping elbow and wrist flexed laterally

Extend wrist and elbow of both arms to a straight position.Adduct your right arm until your hand is over your head. Abductyour left arm until your fingertips meet medially.
