• Using word processing software of your choice, type the text and apply appropriate design elements.

1. Type on an A4 page size.
2. Ensure that the page is in portrait.
3. Apply margins at 2 cm on the left and right.
4. Do not apply paragraph indentation.
5. Insert relevant illustrations, photographs and other illustrative material for design purposes and ensure they are centred.
6. Only apply colour to the images and graphics.
7. Do not have too much white space.
8. Type in Arial, 11pt font.
9. Apply left alignment.
10. Make headings bold, 12pt and underlined.
