Activity 2: Identify learning needs of individuals concerning critical thinking skills Activity context: This activity requires you to identify the learning needs of the staff members by asking questions to identify knowledge gaps. The role of the employees will be allocated to the staff members/students by the trainer/assessor. These employees will be from a diverse workgroup. One will be a female. Two others will be males from different backgrounds. To identify the learning needs, you are required to complete the following two parts: Part A: This part of the activity requires you to prepare a questionnaire to identify the knowledge gaps concerning critical thinking skills. The questionnaire must: Include 8-10 questions that you will ask the employees to assess the gaps in their critical thinking skills. Be based on the organisational objectives given in the scenario.
