Assuming you set the starting date as 3/1 your project should complete on 4/9 remember weekends included)

2. What is the critical path and what are the slack times for each activity? Once you identify the slack times, fill the appropriate column in the table above with the slack time for each activity. FYI - A quick way to determine if an activity is on the critical path is if you drag that activity to the right, TeamGantt will adjust all dependent activities and you will be able to determine if the project completion date will be affected.
