| actually think the essay could be easier to write if you just handled causes and effects in the introduction paragraph(s), but you focus on only solutions in the body paragraphs. The body (most of the essay) needs to be all about one thing or one collection of solutions. Like | said in class, it's up to you how many solutions you want to offer. Somebody like Dr. Elizabeth Blackburn would and could write all of the body about mindfulness as a solution, and that would be enough, but you might prefer to pick 3-4 different ideas that students could choose from or use as nheeded
