Add an interface Resizable to Project in Ex 1

Has a method resize(double x) that resizes a Shapes dimensions by factor x

2. Class Rectangle and circle should implement Resizable interface and extend Shape class at the same time

3. Write a Main class that contains the main method to:

Define a Rectangle (color= Yellow, width = 2, height = 4)

Define a Circle (color= Red, radius=2.2)

Print the values of both objects using ReturnValues() before resizing

Resize the values by factor of 2

Re-print the values of both objects using ReturnValues() after resizing
