As a mediator, my principal transforms the more complete organizational strategy into practical teacher plans. The culture of my organization encourages consistent communication with our goals and values. It enables an atmosphere where everyone feels valued and knowledgeable most of the time. It also inspires confidence and collaboration between different positions
