but that you think need to be addressed in your Team Charter.

Successful completion of the Team Charter will formalize in a written statement the

acceptable Executive $/$ Co$-$ manager behaviour and the agreed upon mechanism for

dealing with co$-$managers who do not live up to the spirit of the agreement.

After your team has completed a thorough and honest discussion of expectations and

goals of your team and one another, document the information by completing the Team

Charter Template, save as a word document, and forward a copy to the SAIT email of

each member of your team and submit the signed document into D$2$L $/$ Assignments.
