ADMN 1100 TERM PROJECT: A CURRENT SUPPLY CHAIN TOPIC The term project is to consist of: 1) 4-6 page single spaced written report plus appendices and graphs as necessary : A current topic in Supply Chain Management that is relevant and of interest to you. You are to describe the topic, background, supply chain issues, and solutions to the problem or how to manage it better. Also describe in detail the current technologies used to aid in the management of the issue. For example, meat supply shortage in the age of COVID-19. You would describe the problem, background of how the virus being contracted by meat packing employees led to the shutdown of plants. Then you would describe how the industry is changing safety standards and ensuring supply, what demand management software and forecasting technologies could be used to continue to ensure supply etc.
