Adopt the Scrum framework development methodology in the following case study as the only assessment project for the Agile Development Methodology course. Your case study is a warehouse management system (WMS). This WMS consists of software and processes that allow organizations to control and administer warehouse operations from the time goods or materials enter a warehouse until they move out. The aim of this application is to allow warehouse officer to manage the shipping process. Your team should develop a platform that allows warehouse officer in the warehouse to manage items by adding/packing items to lists, updating items from lists and deleting items. Also, the warehouse employee shall be able to generate invoices. The items are classified into two categories: customer merchandise and warehouse merchandise. The two categories appear at homepage. After clicking on one of the categories, the category opened shows the list of current items and the button (+). If the warehouse officer wishes to add a new item, then he should click on + and add items details that are name, quantity and price. If admin wishes deleting current item, then he should click on current item in the category and press (-) that is the delete button. In the next release, the application shall send advance shipment notifications to recipients. The developed application should satisfy the following criteria:
