Instructions:

In your groups of not more than $5$ and not less than $3$ members, professionally prepare a powerpoint slides of not more than $3$ slides for each topic.

These presentations will be made in class by at least $3$ members per group for not more than $15$ minutes.

Each presentation must have been uploaded on Blackboard under the appropriate Learning Unit prior to their presentation in class.

Each member must have uploaded under their individual names.

NB: The same presentations must form part of your individual POE.

UNIT $1$: Explain the purpose of HRD in relation to human resource management.

UNIT $2$: Demonstrate the impact of globalization on HRD$.$

UNIT $3$: Compile the implications of the provisions of the Skills Development Act and Skills Development Levies Act for your organisation's strategic human resources planning.
