PRESENTATION TOPICS $-$ QUARTER $2$

Instructions:

$$ In your groups of not more than $5$ and not less than $3$ members, professionally

prepare PowerPoint slides of not more than $3$ slides for each topic.

$$ These presentations will be made in class by at least $3$ members per group for not

more than $15$ minutes.

$$ Each presentation must have been uploaded on Blackboard under the

appropriate Learning Unit prior to their presentation in class.

$$ Each member must have uploaded under their individual names.

$$ NB: The same presentations must form part of your individual POE.

Here follows the $3$ topics:

$1.$ UNIT $4$: Organisational learning should not be confused with the learning

organisation. Although these two concepts are closely related, they mean different

things. Critically discuss differences between organisational learning and the

learning organisation.

$2.$ UNIT $5$: Critically evaluate the statement $$Career planning is to strike a balance

between individual learning and development for the company to get a reasonable

return on investment$.$

$3.$ UNIT $6$: Discuss ideas for addressing the skills shortages in South Africa through

CPD$.$
