Advertising/conflicts. Would posting the video be considered advertising by the attorney? Is the attorney posting the video to show what a great job he did? Is this misleading advertising? Because the entire deposition is not being posted, are the excerpts being used in a misleading way (such as to emphasize the good and disregard the bad).
