After completing CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification, Mr. Ali joined a Construction Company as an Assistant Project Manager. The Project Manager assigned him a task to prepare a list of bidding documents before the closing date to participate in sealed bids announced by SNGPL. For the last couple of weeks, Ali has been telling to his manager that the task will be completed by the end of the week. When he checks in with him at the start of each weeks, he tells his manager that he didnt get around to complete it but it will be finished by the end of the current week. The bid submission date is approaching but the task is not completed yet.
