After completing this assignment, students will be able to:

include EDI in Project Life Cycle as a natural and ongoing element;

provide comprehensive analysis of stakeholder requirements; and

be ready to communicate with all stakeholders utilizing an EDI lens.

Instructions

The detailed instructions will be provided in a document posted on Moodle. In short, the students are providing project management for a hypothetical as yet unnamed $$Multicultural Community Centre for the Elderly$$ to be built in Brampton using federal, provincial and municipal funding. The space is approximately $10,000$m$^2.$ The assignment focuses on Scope and Schedule and the production of a Communication Matrix for Stakeholders. Budget is not a part of this assignment.
