After reading chapter $5$ in the textbook, identify $2$ customer needs and complete the "different levels of competion for each needs usng Tab;e $5\mathrm{.}1$ on page $62.$ Thsi page also contains a detailed discussion on each of the components of the table on page $62.$ You don't have a create an actual table, you can just list and label the columns vertically if this is easier for you. Your focus should be on teh quality of the information you provides versus the format.
