1. Do you agree that ethical leaders have both individual as well as organizational responsibilities? Why or why not? 2. Many sports figures say that they do not wish to be role models. They don't want the responsibility of having children look up to them for how to lead their lives. Is it fair to put a responsibility on leaders of organizations to be role models for their employees? 3. If a leader asked you: "How do I create an ethical culture in my organization?"what are the first three things you would tell him or her? 4. How can leaders best communicate the organization's ethical norms to employees? 5. What do you think is the most important attribute of an effective leader? 6. What barriers exist that make effective decision-making difficult?
